Award Winning DVD Series "How'd They Build That...?" Wins Teacher's Choice Award

Marvelous Media:

Los Angeles, CA. The award winning Children's series "How'd They Build That..?" has snagged yet another award, the coveted Learning Magazine Teachers' Choice Award for the Family.

In 1994, Learning magazine introduced the first Teachers' Choice Awards program. Over the years, the program has grown to become one of the most recognized and prestigious awards in the educational market. The Teachers' Choice Awards for the Family program was launched in 2004 to recognize companies whose educational products work in the home environment. Teachers evaluate the products on educational value, originality and creativity, ease of use, safety and durability, high-interest level and motivation for children. Each product is evaluated on its own merit. Once the scoring is complete, the scores for each product are averaged. The top 20% of all entries receive an award. Only those products that meet our teachers' stringent standards are chosen.

This video does a great job of explaining the components of a fire vehicle and exactly how those parts are assembled. It's put together in a fun, informative way, and would make a terrific gift. Did you know there are 125 different colors to choose for a fire vehicle - but 92 of these are variations of red? You would if you had watched this video.

This film was genuinely interesting. The quality was on the level of something you'd seen on the History Channel, only it was even more detailed and interesting. I was captivated by this film and if you happen to have a child who is enraptured by fire trucks, they will be nothing less than carried away by this movie. I recommend it without hesitation as it is both interesting and incredible informative.
